Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home of Big Sandy was in charge of arrangements. She was a retired operator with Western Union, a high school graduate, a member of the American Legion Post 228 and the United Methodist Church in Big Sandy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin P. Stow, Sr.; two sons, Robert E. and Thomas F. Stow; and a brother, Arthur R. Wise. She is survived by three daughters, Andrea L. Stone of Marlton, N.J.; Carol L. Goehringer of Mt. Laurel, N.J.; and Theresa Newman of Columbus, Ind.; three sons, Franklin P. Stow, Jr. of Galeton, Pa., Robert A. Hermansky of Riverside, N.J., and Michael D. Stow of Murietta, Calif.; a brother, Edmund H. Adams of Raritan, N.J.; 23 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many dear friends.
