BLOUNT COUNTY, TN - WILLS - Nickless Blevins, 16 Feb 1915 ----¤¤¤---- RECORD OF WILLS BOOK 2 1896-1922 JUNE TERM 1915 (An abstract from the) WILL OF NICKLESS BLEVINS I, Nickless Blevins, so make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. I bequeath all my property both real and personal wheresoever the same may be to my beloved wife, Caroline Blevins so long as she remains my widow and at her death or remarriage I want the farm sold on 6 and 12 months time. I want my daughter Doshia, or her heirs to have one hundred dollars out of the proceeds of the place where I now live and my daughter Mary, to have one hundred dollars or her heirs and my daughter, Martha one hundred dollars or her heirs and the balance of the proceeds to be divided between my two daughters Easter and Eliza. Eliza is to have two-thirds and Easter to have one-third after paying the other three daughters one hundred dollars each. I want Roy Howard to draw out of the bank what money I have there and pay my funeral expenses and pay over the remainder of the money in the bank to my children above mentioned and if not living pay it over to the executor of this will. I want Roy Howard to have full possession of the farm on which I now live he to keep the farm in good repare at his expense and pay over to me one forth of the proceeds if living if not pay the same to my wife. My son William D. Blevins having been previously paid in land which he now has control of.
