BLOUNT COUNTY, TN - WILLS - Relinquish of Rights, Estate of John Gillespie

Be it known to All men by these Presents that We whose names are - here
under written Do Hereby Relinquish our Right and Interest to that part
of the Estate of John Gillespie Deceased vested in us by his Last Will
and Testament it being a sertain Clame of Land Lying in the State of
Caintucky to Alexander Gillespie Marget and Sarah Gillespie there heirs
and asigns to all Intents and Purposes the same as if nothing had been
vested in us by the aforesaid Testament only Reserving A Clearance of
all Expenses that may Ever attend the same Estate In witness whereof We
Hereunto set our hands and seals this wk of April 1796.
