It is my will and desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate in the first place 2nd I will and bequeath to each of my brothers and sisters THOMAS JONES ISAAC JONES OBADIAH JONES HIZEKIAK JONES ACWORTH ELLIS one dollar as a token of affection and remembrance they each being situated remote from me Thirdly I will and bequeath to my other brother DAVID JONES and sister NANCY JONES the remaining part of a thirty dollar note that I hold on my brother DAVID after paying to my above named brothers and sisters one dollar each out of my said note to be equally divided between them part and part alike that is one half of the remainder of said note to DAVID JONES and the other half to NANCY JONES my youngest brother and sister that are with me as a partly remuneration for their tender care and kind attention during my many afflictions Fourthly I will and bequeath after the foregoing legacies and expenses are paid out of my estate all and every thing may in anywise belong to or appertain to my estate unto my kind and loving mother REBECCA JONES to seize upon at my decease and hold the same as her own or as soon after my decease as my affairs can be settled up by my executers.
