I Robert Leatherdale (Lauderdale) of the County Of Blount and the State of Tennessee, being of sound and perfect mind and Memory, Blessed be God, on this 19th. of December in the year of out Lord 1808, make and publish this my last Will and testament in the manner following; that is to say; First I give and bequeath to my Three youngest boys, David, Jeremiah and Joseph, each one horse the coming of age. and Sarah my daughter, one saddle and one cow and a bed and clothes. The balance to be left to my wife Sarah and my son William for to be disposed in the best manner as long as they live, and equally divided amongst the legatees. And I hereby make and ordain Sarah, my wife, and son Robert executors of this my last Will and testament.
