I Abraham Melson being in my right mind having the fear of God before my eyes and the certainty of death do hereby make this my last will and testament wherein after my just debts are all paid 1st I bequeath and desire that my wife Catherine have my land during her natural life 2nd I desire that my wife Catherine have my household and kitchen furniture and one bed 3dly I desire my wife Catherine to have one brindle cow one brown heifer one yoke of oxen 4th I desire and bequeath to my daughter Mary one bed and furniture one black spotted cow and calf also four head of sheep 5th I bequeath to my daughter Isabellah one bed and furniture and one brindle heifer and four head of sheep 6th I bequeath all my farming tools to my wife Catherine her natural life 7th I desire that my land and personal property at the death of my wife Catherine be equally divided between my daughter Sarah Ward and my son David and my daughter Mary and my daughter Isabelah and my son James 8th I bequeath to my son Isaac one dollar at the death of my wife Catherine 9th I bequeath to my son Robert one dollar at the death of my wife Catherine 10thly I bequeath to my son Absalom one dollar at the death of my wife Catherine I hereby revoke and make null and void all former wills by me made. I hereby appoint William Garner and Joseph Halpain my Executors at will. In testimony thereof I have hereunto Set my hand and seal this 31st day of July A.D. 1836.
