Pugh in May 1869 State of Tennessee Blount County I, Lucretia V. Pugh, so make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as psossible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my exceutor. Secondly, i give and bequeath to my two daughters, martha Emaline Pate and Susan Happuck Griffitts, all of my household furniture to be equally divided between them. Thirdly, I desire that all of my other property both personal and real estate be sold at public sale to the highest bidder and the proceeds thereof divided equally between my son William j. T. Pugh, Martha E. Pate, Susan H. Griffitts and my two grand children Ella Parthena Pugh and William michael pugh being children of my son Samue T. Pugh. I will and bequeath to them in his stead the one-fourth part of my estate equally divided between them. lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son William J. T. Pugh, my executor in witness whereof I do to this will sit my hand this the 30th day of March 1969. Lucretia V.
