No. 962 TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING: KNOW YE, That in consideration of an entry made in the Entry Taker's Office of the Ocoee District, of No. 925 dated the 28th day of September 1839 by Samuel Maroon & H. Thatch as occupants and as assignee of an occupant enterrer, there is granted by the State of Tennessee, to the said Maroon & Thatch and their heirs a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and sixty acres, lying in the county of Bradley in the said District, situated in the first range West of the basis line Second fractional township south, Twenty second section, being the North East quarter of said section: beginning at the North East~ corner of said ~~~~~~ quarter; with its appurtenances, to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with its appurtenances, to the said Samuel Maroon & H.
