Griffith and Hannah M. Griffith all my estates at my death so they may support me in my declining years. All the personal property then existing belonging to the place either borrowed or loaned, also the real estate inclu ding three hundred and twenty acres of land or less [?] bounded on the East by Fox and Romines on the west by Hayes and Routh on the South by L.M. Griffith and Fox on the North by Osments The conditions are these. Whereas having deeded to James W. Griffith one hundred and twenty six acres of land he is to have nothing more. John H. Griffith or his widow having received one hundred dollars in money is to have nothing more Larkin M. Griffith received eighty acres of land is to have nothing more. Ira Griffith is to have one hundred dollars payable in six years after my death or sooner [or] then to have forty acres of land to be selected out [?] by Leander J. and Hannah M. Griffith. Uriah Griffith having received fifty five dollars is to have forty five more making one hundred dollars to be paid as Ira's. Malissa J. Davidson to have one hundred dollars to be paid in the manner as Ira's and Uriah Griffith or then the forty acres of land to be selected as heretofore. Whereunto I set my hand and seal in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine this may last Will and Testament. This 22nd Feb 1879 William Griffith {seal} Witnesses Solomon Griffith W. U. Griffith County Court Monday 4th April 1881. Came into open Court Solomon Griffith and W.U. Griffith and brought with them an instrument of writing [?] purporting to be the last Will & Testament of William Griffith Deceased who being the subscribing witnesses thereto who after being duly sworn deposed and said they are or were acquainted with William Griffith the Testator in his lifetime that he was in his proper mind and senses at the time of signing said Will that they signed and acknowledged the same in the presence of its testator and at his request and in the presence of each other and that said William Griffith is now dead. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Will be and is hereby admitted to probate and is ordered to be recorded in the Will Book of said County.
