Monday 6th day April 1840



Ordered by the Court that William A. Right be appointed overseer of a first

class road from Roddy Wheelers old place to the said mile post near Thomas

Douglas and that he have all the hands living below Cooper's

Branch that formerly worked under Kincaid, the former overseer, on said

road, to keep the same in repair.
