Monday the 6th day of June 1842



Ordered by the court the Canada Blakenship be appointed overseer

of a third class road leading up Gellico from the State Line to the

lower end of Robt. Ross' field in place of Dennis Trammel and that he have 

Wm. Ryan, Thomas M. Right and Jacob Tramel and others living in said

bounds to work under him on said road and that he keep the same in repair.
