John Archer	)   This cause is continued by consent. Jeremiah W. Silverster

the security of Newton Cowan and Polly Cowan, Administrator

and Administratrix, with the will annexed of the estate of Samuel Cowan Wilhite

his petition sworn to in open court and move the court to be exonerated

from any further liability, as such security. Wherefore it is ordered by the

court that the said Newton Cowan and Polly Cowan, Administrator and Adminis-

tratrix as aforesaid appear at the next term of this court and give other

security or surrender up said estates and that a summons issue to the said

Newton and Polly Cowan as aforesaid to appear as the law requires in such ase.
