The LaFollette Times December 5, 1902
To the Creditors Hobbs Bros.



In Obedience to an order made by the Chancery Court at Jacksboro, in the case 

of Sam Watts, et. al. vs Hobbs Bros., creditors of said Hobbs Bros. are hereby 

notified to have themselves made parties to said cause by petitions, and to 

file and prove their claims against said Hobbs Bros. in said cause by 

petitions, and to file and prove their claims against said Hobbs Bros. in said 

cause on or before the 4th day of April, 1903, or they may be excluded from the 

benefits of said suit, and from sharing in the assets of said Hobbs Bros.  Said 

creditors and claimants are also, hereby notified that by order of said court, 

in said cause, they, and each of them, are enjoined from instituting any suit 

against said Hobbs Bros. otherwise than by petition in said pending cause as 

aforesaid.
