Non-Resident Notice



Lee A. Turner  ) Before G.W. Irwin,

vs.            ) Justice of the Peace

Joe T. Jarnagin) for Campbell County



 In this cause, it appears by affidavit, that the defendant, Joe T. Jarnagin is 

justly indebted to the plaintiff, and is a non-resident of the state, so that 

the ordinary process of law cannot be served on him, and an original attachment 

having been levied on his property ordered that publication be made in the 

LaFollette Times, a newspaper published in the city of LaFollette, Tenn., for 

four consecutive week, commanding the said Joe T. Jarnagin to appear before me, 

at my office in LaFollette on the 20th day of December 1902, and make defense 

to said suit, or it will be proceeded with ex parte.
