Mary Hutson et. al. vs. I.G. Hutson et. al. Pursuant to a decree pronounced in the above cause at the November term, 1902, of the Chancery Court at Jacksboro, Tenn., I will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, in front of the Court House in Jacksboro, Tenn. on Monday, the 5th day of January next, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., the property mentioned and described in the pleadings and in said decree, to-wit: two tracts of land situate in 2nd civil district of Campbell County, Tennessee, bounded as follows: 1st Tract, on the north by Joseph Wilkins on the south by Geo. Hatmaker, on the east by George Hatmaker and on the west by G.W. Copeland. 2nd Tract, on north by James Wilson, on south by I.G. Hutson, on the east by W. Cooper, on the west by Tomas Hutson, and known as the J.C. Hutson lands. TERMS: Said sale will be made upon a credit of six and twelve months, and in bar of the equity of redemption, taking from the purchaser interest bearing notes with food security, for the purchase money, and retaining a lien as further security.
