To Mrs. L.G. Stewart, Administratrix

of the Estate of E.A. Stewart, Deceased.



Southern Brass & Iron Company,

                vs.

LaFollette Coal, Iron & Ry Co. et. al.



In Chancery Court at Jacksboro, Tenn.



    In this cause, it appearing from the will which is sworn to, that of Mrs. 

L.G. Stewart, one of the defendants, is a nonresident of the State, she is, 

therefore, hereby required to appear on or before the first Monday of January 

next, before the Clerk and master of said Court at his office in Jacksboro, and 

make defense to the bill filed against her in said court, by the Southern Brass 

& Iron Company or otherwise the bill be taken for confessed.



    It is further ordered that this notice be published for four consecutive 

weeks in the LaFollette Times.
