There are four suits and tow more are to be brought by adjoining property owners. The suits have been brought by Maj. T.S. Webb, T.S. Webb, Jr., F.S. Hazen, and M.L.G. Baker. These gentlemen own a residence on the Middlebrook pike at Third Creek and the residences of them are confronted with the new road that is now being contracted. The fine old country place of Major Webb is cut in two and the adjoining places are cut up badly. The construction of the road is now going on and damages are asked for the injury to the property and to the comforts of the old places.
