I William Chapman do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all Wills heretofore by me made and published. 1st.- I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as pssible out of any money which I may die ( fropeped ?) of or which may come to the hands of my executor. 2nd.- I give and bequeath to my wife Dililah the farm on which I live and all my personal property and all debts and dues coming to me during her natural life. 3rd.- I give and bequeath to my daughter Eliasbeth Usher one hundred dollars at the death of my wife to be paid by my son John Chapman. 4th.- I give and bequeath to my son John Chapman all my land and personal property at the death of my wife after paying Elisabeth one hundred dollars and also that he give David Usher one dollar. 5th.- I appoint John Chapman my executor to this my last Will and Testament Signed Sealed and published in presence of us this 8th day of March 1858.
