Brysons land known as the conditional corner between Bands & Stephen Herriman ____ S. 10 1/2 degrees E 12 poles to a stake & pointers on the Fugitt line; thence West 10 poles to a red oak Fugitts corner then S. with his line 60 poles to a stake; thence S. 85 degrees W.____ Fugitt line 48 poles to a stake Herrimans corner the N.___E. with his line 45 poles to an old sugartree his corner, turn W. 50 poles to a stake a corner ___ Herriman tract land known as the Simmett? Herriman tract, thence North with line 75 poles to a white oak on Robert Davenport line then South 86 degrees E. 14 1/2 poles to a stake & Sugar wood painter, thence South 53 degrees E. with a marked line & thence 33 1/2 poles to a clay root & painters thence North 72 degrees E. 15 2/3 poles to a chestnut thence North still with Davenports line 8 degrees E. 19 poles to a Beech Bryson corner thence south 88 degrees E. with Brysons & marked line 32 poles to the beginning. Containing 54 1/2 acres more or less and we covenant that we are seized and possessed of the said land and have good right to convey it, we warrant the title against all persons whomsoever.
