Wilson A Tract of land containing Eighty acres be the same more or less lying on the waters of Sanders fork on lick Branch in Cannon County Tennessee in District number 11 Running as follows Beginning at a sower oak at Robert Marshels line running thence north to the middle of the Creek thence west with the _____ of the creek to the spring thence to the center of the spring thence back to the midle of the creek thence up the creek with _____ to the midle of the creek thence north to a boulder? on the north Bank of the creek thence south __ 1/4 degrees east twenty Eight poles ___ A.B. Beach thence south one hundred & thirty poles to an Elm thence East eighty Eight poles to a stake on Robert Marshel corner thence north eighty one poles to a Beech thence north ___ degrees east sixty four poles to the beginning to have and to hold to the said Wm. N. Wilson his heirs and assigns forever I do covenant with the said Wm. N. Wilson that I am lawfully seized of said land and have a good right to convey it and that the same is unincumbered I do further more covenant and bind my self my heirs and representatives this land warrant and ever defend the title of said land and every part to the said Wm. N. Wilson to his heirs and assigns against every claim to be made by my self or under or for the consideration of four hundred & seventy five Dollars. executed and delivered in the presents of us.
