WILSON COUNTY, TN - WILLS - Samuel Bryson, 9 Jun 1834 ----¤¤¤---- Wilson County Will bk 1834 pages 54 & 108 Samuel Bryson Last Will & Testament In the name of God amen I Samuel Bryson of the County of Wilson & State of Tennessee do make and ____ this my last will and testament revoking all other wills heretofore made by me in manner and form as follows to wit. In the first place my will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid and satisfied as soon as possible after my decease. Firstly I give and bequeath to each of my sons and daughters one dollar. Secondly I give and bequeath all the balance of my estate real and personal to my youngest Son Joseph Bryson and my will and desire is that the said Joseph Bryson have all I posess or may hereafter posess not only for the love and affection I have for him but also for the care he has taken of me in my old age. Lastly I nominate and constitute and appoint George Bogle Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of June in the year of out Lord one hundred eight hundred and thirty four.
