Warren Davenport Last Will and Testament
I warren Davenport do make and publish this as my last will and testament 
hereby revoking and making ___ all other wills by me at any time made. 1st I
decree that my funeral expenses  and all my just debts be paid out of any
money that I may be in possession of or may first come into the hands of my
Executors 2nd I give and bequeath to my children all of my estate both Real
and personal and I wish them to divide the same among themselves if they can
and in the event they can't agree on a divide of the property then my wish is 
to sell it and divide the money and where any of my children is dead their
children to draw their part and my will and wish is that my wife Anne Davenport
have all the property that belonged to her at our marriage and I further ____
and confirm to T.W. Davenport the land I sold him about twelve or thirteen
years ago. Lastly I ___ nominate my son T.W. Davenport my Executor to carry
out this my last will this  April the 9th 1879, Warren Davenport
