Hiram Y. Tittle Adm of Mary Higgins dec'd
Settlement No. 2 to wit

State of Tennessee Cannon Co in obediance to the statutes of said 
state in such cases made and provided, I have this day proceeded 
to take and state a second settlement with Hiram Y. Tittle 
Administrator of Mary Higgins dec'd from 4th September 
1849 to September 4th 1850 Amount due the 4th of Sept 1849 	$239.30
I also find him entitled to credits since his last settlement.
1. as follows To wit - Amount paid George Bogle as one of the 
   Legatees a Balance in full 				   	$  3.45
2. Paid Elijah Armstrong & wife two of the legal heirs Date 
   of the receipt is April the 8th 1850			   	$ 99.18
3. Paid Samuel G. Tittle as guardian of the heirs at Law of 
   Anthony Tittle deceased a Balance  in full		   	$ 52.30
4. Paid James Milligan & wife a balance in full of their 
   distribution of said estate September the 1st 1849 Amt	$ 38.18
5. Clks fees for the Settlement				   	$  2.50 
                                                         	$195.61
                              				   ____________
           Leaves a balance of the principal       		$143.69
           Interest on that  ___ to September the 1st 1850	$  8.62
							   ____________
           Total balance in his hands is			$152.31
