Settlement No 1st
To wit.
State of Tennessee Cannon County In Obediance to the Statutes of said
State for such cases made and provided,  I have this day proceeded to
take and hereafter State a Settlement with Wm C. Leech Administrator
of Thomas Leech deceased And on examination I find him chargable with
the following amount as returned by Inventory to the said county court 
July the 18th 1849 - - $237.99

I also find him entitled to the following credits To Wit, 
By amount paid as clerks fees for Letters & Bond $1.50
Recording Inventory $ .75
Making & recording this settlement $2.50
Allowance to said administrator for his services to date $10.00
Leaves a balance in his hands of $233.24
