The Heirs of John Everett, Decd. Enters Two hundred and four acres of Land By
virtue of occupant Entres No. 77 part of Entry No. 2377 and part of Entry No.
251 and By Virtue of Twenty five dollars & fifty cents in hand paid the Entry
Taken of Said County lying in Said County in Range 3 and Section five of the
12th Surveyors District Beginning at the north West corner of Entry No. 1067 for
640 acres in the name of the heirs of E. Todd Running South with Todds line 105
poles thence West 92 poles to the East Boundary of Occupant Entry No. 29 for 37
acres thence north & West with an agreed line to the East Boundary line of Entry
No. 908 for 1000 acres in the name of D. P. Gillespie thence north with the Same
90 poles thence East to & with the South Boundary of Entry No 1768 for 100 acres
139 poles to the South East corner of the same thence north 98 poles to the
South West corner of Entry N. 2088 thence East with the Same 84 poles to the
South East corner of the same thence South and West Binding on Wm. H. A. Bagbys
& the heirs of John C. Smith to the north Boundary of Todds Entry for 640 acres
thence West 24 poles to the Beginning this 14 day of June 1845.
