Ezzell transferred his one fourth undivided interest to J.R., Bettie, and Nannie and J.R., Bettie, and Nannie made partition amongst themselves and in pursuance of said partition and division, J. R. has executed to Bettie Gilkey and Nannie Jones, deeds to our respective parts of said tract of land. Bettie and husband James, and Nannie and husband G. V. Jones, transfer convey and quit claim to J. R. two thirds of undivided interest in the land to J. R. Ezzell so allotted to said J.
