Description: J.M., J.R., Bettie, and Nannie Ezzell heirs at law of Mrs. Sallie
Ezzell, deceased, inherited from her as tenants in common title to a certain
tract or parcel of land...3rd civil district...known as R. G. Ezzell tract of
land....Jan 1900 J.M. Ezzell transferred his one fourth undivided interest to
J.R., Bettie, and Nannie and J.R., Bettie, and Nannie made partition amongst
themselves and in pursuance of said partition and division, J. R. has executed
to Bettie Gilkey and Nannie Jones, deeds to our respective parts of said tract
of land.  Bettie and husband James, and Nannie and husband G. V. Jones, transfer
convey and quit claim to J. R. two thirds of undivided interest in the land to
J. R. Ezzell so allotted to said J. R. in said division as follows: Beginning in
the Christmasville and McKenzie road on the E boundary of the Houston land at a
point where the W boundary of the lands partioned between us crosses the same,
runs thence S 106 2/3 poles to stake in field, the name being an inner corner of
the Dr. William Travis lands, thence E with Travis 40 poles to stake on Daniel
Patton's SW corner, thence N N with Patton 82 poles to stake, gum pointers,
thence E with Patton 40 4/5 poles to stake, thence N with Patton 6 poles to
stake, thence E with Patton 2 poles to stake, the SW corner of that portion
allotted to Nannie Jones, thence N with Nannie Jones line 50 poles to stake in a
field, the same being Bettie Gilkeys SE corner, thence W with Bettie Gilkey 57
poles to said Christmasville and McKenzie road, thence S with road to beginning
containing 45 2/3 acres.
