Description: I give to my dear beloved wife Martha Ann Fuqua...land lying in
Carroll County near the old town of Christmasville and bounded as follows:
Begining on the south west corner of my Cooper tract, thence runing up Plumb
Creek ? Poles, thence west  ? poles to R. Youngs land, thence with his line
passing his corner, then with Wingos line so far as by runing east so far that
runing back to the beginning will include one Hundred acres... The remainder of
my real and personal property, I wish equally divided between my son Wm. J.
Fuqua and my daughter Mary M. Aden...at their death divided between their
children That is Wm. J's children...and Mary M. Adens...I do hereby empower and
constitute thence as mister (that is Wm. J. Fuqua) for his children and Clinton
Aden for his children...feather bed and covering the spring mattress I give to
my granddaughter Elizabeth H. Fuqua.  I give my gold watch to my son Wm. J.
during his life and then to his son Charles.
