Gallemore Date: 11 Apr 1914 Land: District 3 Know all men by these present that for and in consideration of the sum of sixty- six and 67/100 dollars, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I W. R. Gilbert have this day bargained sold and by these presents do hereby transfer and convey unto D. W. Gallemore his heirs and assigns forever, my one third of a one sixth undivided interest and to the following described tract, lot or parcel of land lying and being in the State of Tennessee, County of Carroll, Civil District No. 3, and more particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit: Bounde on the N, by the lands of Cox and Madkins; the W. by Gilbert; on the S by McDonald and Ezzell; and on the E by the lands of Houston and Travis, being the land inherited from the estate of "Mt" grandfather, W. C. Gilbert, deceased; in which I inherited one-third of a one-sixth undivided interest, subject to the life time dower of Mrs. Kate Gilbert, widow of W. C. Gilbert, dec'd. To have and to hold the said interest in and to the above described land, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said D. W. Gallimore, his heirs and assigns I covenant that I am lawfully seized and possessed of said interest, have a good and perfect right to convey the same and that it is unincumbered except as above stated I further covenant and bind myself, my heirs and representatives that I will forever warrent and defend the title to the said interest and every part thereof unto the said D. W. Gallemore, his heirs "anda" assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. Witness my hand, this 11th day of April, 1914. State of Tennessee W. R.
