This Indenture made and entered in to this twenty third day of May in the year
of our Lord William Horton James Shields John S.  Neely and Commissioners of the
Town of Huntingdon in the County of Carroll and state of Tennessee of the first
part and Samuel Ingram of the county and state afor said of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said Commissioners of the first part for and in
concideration of the sum of one hundred & sixty five dollars to them in hand
paid the recpt where of is here by ack nowledged have granted conveyed and sold
and by these presents warrrant convey and sell unto the said Samuel Ingram of
the second part all that parcel of ground bounded and designated as follows (To
Wit) one Lot or Tract of Land situated lying and being in the County before said
County state & Town Known by Number Two, and designated agree able to the plan
of said Town Together with all an singular the hereditaments unto said ground
belonging and the rents issues and proffits part here by binds them selves and
their successors in office to warrant and defend unto the said Samuel Ingram of
the second part his heirs and assigns for ever the Title to the said parcel of
ground here to fore described.  Witness whereof we have heretofore with our
hands and affixed
