Williams, Clerk Fees $1.35 paid _____________________________________________________________________________ For and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred Dollars, Two hundred and fifty Dolars of which is eash to us in hand paid, and the balance being evidenced 10 promissory notes of even date with this deed, Five in the sum of One Hundred Dolalrs each, due and payable Dec. 1st, 1914, and five in the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars each, due and payable Dec 1st 1915, and each of last 5 notes bearing interest form Dec. 1st, 1914 at the rate of 6% per annum until paid, and each of said notes retaining the right and title to the property, hereinafter conveyed to secure the payment of said notes when due, and each of said notes being made payabel to the parties who convey this property, in proportion as their interest may appear in said property, (the first 5 notes bearing interest from maturity) We, B. C. Lundy and wife, Mollie Lundy, J. S. Jackson and wife, Keziah Jackson, Will McDonald and wife, Jenny Penick Garner McDonald, Charlie Scott and Wife, Onie Scott, and Herman and Willie Everett and Ruth Foster, Ophie and Jessie Everett, the last three named being represented by their guardian, R. J. Everett, have bargained and sold, and by these presents do transfer and convey unto A. L. Johnson, his heirs and assigns each of our entire sixth undivided interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land in Carroll Count, State of Tennessee as follows: Being and situated in he Third Civil District of said county, and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Known as the B. F. Johnson place and bounded on the North by the lands of the T. E. Gilbert heirs, on the East by the lands of W. B. And E. V. McDonald, on the South by the lands of H. F. Aden, and on the West by the lands of the T. E. Gilbert heirs and H. F. Aden, containing by estimation 63 1/3 acres be the same more or less. It is further understood and agreed that all crops and rents for the year 1914 are conveyed as a part of this deed. To have and to hold 1/6 undivided interest in and to the said tract or parcel of land, with the appurtenances, estate, title, and interest thereto belonging, to the said A. L. Johnson, his heirs and assigns, forever. And we do covenant with the said A. L. Johnson that we are lawfully seized and posessed of said land in fee simple; have a good right to convey it, and the same is unincumbered. And we do further covenant and bind ourselves, our heirs and representatives, to warrant and forever defend the title to the said A. L.
