State of Tennessee Carroll County  ___ David Mc Donald and Joseph R. McDonald in
concideration of a quit claim Deed this day made to Each of us by R. G. Ezell
and his wife Sarah G. Ezell hereby Quit claim to Sarah G. Ezell all our Intrest
in the following described land to wit Beginning on the North East corner of a
Six hundred acre Survey granted by the State of Tennessee to C. Jones of which
it is apart Then runs west one hundred and Sixty poles to a stake Black and nut
mulbury Poplar and Elm pointers then South one hundred and eighty seven poles to
a Stake two black gums and two Dogwood pointers on Travis East boundry line
Thence East forty poles to a Stake on Travis line and pointers the corner to be
made Thence north Eighty poles Thence East with D. H. Pattons line forty poles
to a Stake thence North five and one third poles to a Stake thence East Sixty
poles to a Stake Sweet gum and Black gum & Hicory pointers on D. H. McClure west
line Thence north with McClures line fifty and two third ples to a stake Black &
Sweet gum for pointers thence East twenty ples to a Stake beach Elm & maple
pointers on the East line of the original tract and the north East corner of D.
H. McClures Seven acre tract thence north to the begining containing one hundred
and twenty acres in testim ony whereof we have hereunto set our haneds and seals
this 13th day of August 1867.

of Said county the within named D. McDonald & J. R. McDonald bargainor with whom
I am personally acquainted and acknowledged that they Executed the annexed
instrument for the purposes therein contained witness my hand and Seal of Said
court at office this 13 day of August 1867.
