N. & Will McDonald Filed for Record Aug. 3, 1920 at 11:50 o'clock A.M. W. T. McCollum, Register State of Tennessee, Lauderdale County Personally appeared before me, T. Bm. Carson, a Notary Public in and for said County and State, the within named Oscar McDonald & Laura McDonald the bargainors, with whom I am personally acquainted, and who acknowledged that they executed the within instrument for the purposes therein contained. And Laura McDonald wife of the said Oscar McDonald having appeared before me, privately and apart from her husband, the said Laura McDonald acknowledged the execution of the said instrument to have been done by her freely, voluntarily, and understandingly, without compulsion or constraint from her said husband, and for the purposes therein expressed. McCollum, Register Know all men by these presents that we Oscar McDonald & wife Laura McDonald for & in consideration of Two hundred Dollars in cash this day paid us by Johnson Nelson McDonald & Will McDonald have this day bargained & Sold unto Said Johnson Nelson McDonald & Will McDonald an undivided one seventh interest in & to the following described Land which lies in the 3rd Civil District of Carroll County Tennessee & is known as the d McDonald Homestead or heirs land, & is bounded as follows On the South by Dr. Oscar Alexander Heirs & Mrs. Mat Colemans land. On the west by Dr. Joe Fowler & Harvey Adams Land On the North by Dr. Oscar Alexanders & Tom Travis land. On the East by James Fuqua & or James Wilders heirs land containing about one hundred & ninety six acres more or less. To have & to hold said one seventh interest in & to the said Johnson Nelson McDonald & Will McDonald their heirs and assigns forever & we covenant with them that we are law-fully seized & possessed of said one seventh interest in & to the foregoing described land & have a good right to convey the same & that it is not incumbered & that we our heirs & assigns will war-rant & forever defend the title of the said one seventh in-terest to the Said Johnson N.
