Claricy, Judy, Creacy and Charles also the increase of Nice to wit Elias and Tom with all other increase that may or hereafter be or happen now in the possession of William ASKEY of Lauderdale County Tennessee I warrant the title to said slaves to said John MORGAN his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons and I also warrant them to be sound and healthy and slaves for life this 15th day of August 1844.
