McDonald and R. G. Ezell and his wife Sarah J. Ezell hereby In concideration of Quit Claim Deeds made by David McDonald to the Said Joseph R. McDonald and to the Said Ezell and wife on this day Quit claim to David McDonald all our intrest in the following discribed tract of land to wit Beginning on a hicory three Dogwoods for pointers the north west corner of the town tract and the South East corner of Joseph Coopers one hundred acre treact runing East one hundred and forty poles to a Stake Black Oak pointers Standing in the East Boundry of the Said one hundred acre tract thence North one hundred and Seventy two poles to a Stake two populars for pointers in said East boundry line thence west one hundred and fifty poles to a stake in Fuqua's East boundry line then South one hundred and Seventy two poles to the begining containing one hundred and fifty acres also one other tract begining one a hicory with pointers the South East corner of Entry No. 11?1 for 87 acres in the name of a Province runs north with the East boundry line of the Same ninty five poles to a Beech the north East corner of the Same on the South boundry line of Entry No. 106 for Six hundred and forty acres in the name of C. Jones thence East with said line 105 poles with beech and sweet gum pointers the north west corner of Entry No. 10 for 250 acres in the name of William McClure thence South with is line passing the South west corner of the Same and with the west boundry of a fifty acre entry in the name of Said McClure in all ninty five poles to a hicory stump at the north of dry creek on the west bank of the South fork of Obion near Said McClures South west corner thence west thirty Six poles to a Stake with Thornbeam and Sweetgum pointers thence South Sixty two poles to a thornbeam and Sweet gum pointers thence west one hundred and three poles to a maple & hornbeam and maple pointers thence South twenty nine poles to a Small hornbeam with hornbeam elm and Holly pointers thence west forty Eight poles to a Small black Oak Sapling hornbeam Elm & white oak pointers on the East boundry line of Entry No. 2187 thence North with the same ninty one ples to a break thence East with the Same ninty two poles to the Begining so as to in deed an occupant No. 1479 and to e___ the north Side or half thereof In testimoney whereof we have here unto Set our hands and Seals this 13 day of August 1867 J. Ezell and S. J. Ezell with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that they Signed the foregoing deed for the purposes there in contained and on the day it bears date & S. J. Ezell the feme court appearing before me Seperate and apart from her husband R. G. Ezell acknowledged that She Signed the foregoing deed of her own free will and choice Knowingly and understandingly of her own free will and choice without compulsion or restraint & for the purposes there in contained Witness my hand at office this August 13th, 1867 E.
