Greer for 198 acres -I have surveyed for James Greer one hundred & ninety eight acres of land Situate on the waters of the South fork of Obion River on the 3rd Section of the 2nd Range. Beginning on a Double white oak & red oak standing forty poles west & forty poles south from where the South boundry line of a 500 acre Survey made in the name of Robt. Love crosses the Range line Running Thence South Two hundred & twenty poles to a Dead Dogwood with two black oak Black Gum & Hickory pointers - in the Road of a Hollow. Thence west one hundred & forty four poles to a Dogwood, white oak & red oak Thence North 220 poles to a Stake with a white oak red oak & poplar pointers Thence East 144 poles to the beginning.
