JOHNSON HAS PASSED AWAY Splendid Farmer and Highly Respected Citizen Died Last Saturday Frank E. Johnson, 74, died Saturday at his home a few miles south of Huntingdon after a lingering illness. He was a member of the Methodist church and was highly respected. In early life he married Miss Ella Lee Gardner. From this union three children survive, Mrs. Lola Gerkins of Fort Morgan, Colo., Clifford Johnson of Denver, Colo., and Hubert Johnson of Derby, Colo. Later he married Miss Binie Stacy and from this union there survive two daughters, Mrs. Clifford Jarrett of Huntingdon and Mrs. Sam Ingram of Memphis. Mr. Johnson was a splendid farmer, an upright and highly esteemed citizen, and had many friends in Huntingdon and community. For several years he resided in Huntingdon but later moved back to his farm. The funeral and burial services were held Sunday at the Humble meeting house, Rev. H. P. Williams, his pastor, officiating. The bereaved children and loved ones have the sympathy of many friends. Additional Comments: Carroll County Democrat (J. B.
