County, TN, to Union County, NM; a copy of the death certificate is available
from the State of New Mexico--Bureau of Public Health.

Certified by attending physician:  That he attended the deceased from 8/15/1928
to 10/11/1928.  That he last saw him alive 8/11/1928 (obviously an error).  That
William A. died at 3:00 p.m.  That the cause of death was senility, the duration
of which was 3 months.  That there was no operation, no autopsy, and no test to
confirm diagnosis.
