Item 1st. My body to be decently buried I commend my soul to God Item 2nd. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged Item 3 I give and bequeath to the legal heirs of my son Thomas S. Adams the one half of the land I now live on an situated in the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee after enough being sold to pay my debts to the heirs of my son Rowan who is dead the other half of my hand described above after enough has been sold to pay my debts.
