I Sumner Adams of the State of Tennessee and County of Carroll being weak in boddy but of Sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following (Viz) I allow all my just debts to be paid. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Nancy Jane the following property all my Stock of Every discription, all my house hold and kitchen furniture Except one bead and bed clothes which I allow for my Son Howel Also I allow my Daughter Mary one bead and bed clothes the farming utnetials to remain on the farm my Stock of bees I give to my Daughter Nancy Jane. I also appoint my wife as guardian for my Daughter Nancy Jane. Signed in the presance of the Subscribing witnesses this 26th April, 1842. Sumner Adams, his mark Test L. S.
