Branch do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revokeing and making void all other wills by me at any time made. 1st I direct that my funeral expences and all my Debts to be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possess of or may first come into the hands of my Executors 2nd I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Branch all my Land and all other property that may be left after all my Just Debts are paid to have and to hold the same as long as she lives or remains a widow. 3rd then at her marriage or death I wish all the property to be sold and divided Equally among my children Viz James Thomas Henry Branch John Hugh Branch 3-Mary Sarah Branch 4 Lamyra Cumi Branch.
