I, Phillip Bruuow considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and of sound mind and memmory blessed be God for the same. I Phillip Burrow do herby make and publish this my last will and Testament in the manner and form following, first I do will and bequeath that my body be decently buried. I also will that all of my just debts be paid, first I will and bequeath to my son Ishmael Burrow Two dollars that is to say his legal representatives and no more. I also will and equeath to my son Sterling Burrow one seventh part of my estate. I also will bequeath my son Sterling Burrow one other Seventh part of my estate making two equal Sevenths and no more I also will and bequeath my Son Ephriam Burrow of Seventh part of my estate and no more. I also will and bequeath my son Phillip Burrow One note of hand of Sixty dollars on James Kelly transfered to me from my son Banks M Burrow and no more. I also will and bequeath my Daughter Patsey Cobb Two dollars and no more. I also will and bequeath my Daugherter Polly Burrow one seventh part of my estate and no more. I also will and bequeath my son Banks M Burrow One seventh part of my estate I also will and bequeath my Son Banks M Burrow and one other Seventh making in all two equal Sevenths of my estate Also one bed and furniture and no more. I also will and bequeath my Son in Law Robert Wood two dollars and no more I also Will and Bequeath one seventh part of my estate to be equally divided between Frances Woods four children an no more. I also will and bequeath that all my estate personal and real be sold at Twelve months Credit and divided according to my above devised will. I hereby appoint my Son Banks M Burrow my sole executor of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and fixed my seal published and declared in and by the above named Banks M Burrow to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have here-unto subscribed our names as Witness in the presence of the Testator.
