This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Anonymous ==================================================================== In the name of God Amen I John Fisher being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make and publish my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made and after first committing my soul to God who gave it and my body to be buried in the dust in a christian manner I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral expences be paid first then 2ndly I will and bequeath to my daughter Betsy intermarried with and Hiram Kersey one hundred Dollars to be paid to her by my Executor who I will hereinafter appoint so soon as practicable after my decease. 3rdly. I will and bequeath to my daughter Myrium intermarried with and Samuel Manely one hundred Dollars to be paid to her by my Exec - so soon as practicable after my decease. 4thly. I will and bequeath to my daughter Sarah intermarried with George Carter one hundred Dollars it to be paid to her by my Exec so soon as practicable after my decease. 5thly. I will and bequeath to my daughter Nancy intermarried with George Dupont one hundred Dollars to be paid by my Executor as soon as practicable after my decease. 6thly. I will and bequeath to my daughter Jane intermarried with James P. Phipps one hundred Dollars the same to be paid as soon as practicable after my decease. 7thly I will and bequeath unto my grand daughter Ellen Roper a daughter of my daughter Ellen now deceased said grand Daughter having been raised by me from an infant one hundred Dollars a portion of which I now have on hand in gold and silver and also my bed and bed stead & furniture to be paid and delivered to her as soon as she arrives to the age of twenty one or may marry to be kept out the money at interest & paid to her when she arrives at said age or marry with all the interest that may have accrued thereon by Exed. or a guardian which she may hereafter choose. Lastly. I will that all the property I may be in possession of at my death not otherwise disposed of in this my will shall be sold by my Executor in the manner the law directs and the proceeds thereof and any moneys not disposed of in this will that may remain after paying my debts be equally divided among all my children and my grand Daughter Ellen Roper to represent her mother and have an equal share with my daughters I also hereby nominate and appoint James P.
