DAVID GEE' DAVID GEE'S WILL In the name of god Amen I David Gee Senr of Carroll County State of Tennessee being weak in body but of sound and perfect memmory I do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Agness Gee all my land Negroes Stock of every Kind house hold and Kitchen furniture for the Term of her natural life and at her decease to be divided in the following manner that is to say my youngest Son David Gee gave and bequeath all my land and stock of every kind that I may possess at the time with all the house hould and Kitchen furniture of every kind whatsoever to hold to him the said David Gee his heirs and assignes for ever also all the slaves I may possess at my death or at the death of my wife Agness Gee I wish disposed of in the following manner that is to say to be Sold to the highest bidder and the money to be equally divided between all my natural born children (to-wit, Polly Malugin Susannah Ervin, Edmond W. Gee, Thomas Gee, Henry Gee, Betsy Seals, David Gee, Nancy Camble to have and to hold the same them or their heirs assigns for ever I also appoint my Son Henry Gee and David Gee my executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eleventh day of September in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three.
