(p 373) 1st I Direct that all my Just Debts be paid as soon after my Death as my Executer may find practicable. Second After all my Just Debts are paid I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Roberson that part of the tract of Land on which he now lives lying west of the Mc Lemoresville Road containing about one hundred and twenty seven Acres Also the tract of Land know as the Arch Montgomery tract containing fifty acres to have and to hold during his natural life at his Death to descend to his bodily heirs if any otherwise to return to my surviving heirs all of my other property to be equally divided between my five younger children as follows: I give to my son John A. and Robert Roberson the balance of my Land and to my Daughters Mary & Martha Jane Robinson all the slaves I may be possessed of at my Death to be equally divided between them all of my Stock farming Utensils house hold and kitchen furniture of every discription to be sold by my Executor. The land last mentioned together with the slaves to be valued by three or more disinterested persons my Daughter Margaret A Churchman wife of D. C. Churchman to Receive one fifth of said valuation including one fifth of the sale of Stock &c to be paid to her by my Executor in money or its Equivalent. The foregoing will & testament not to take effect untill after the Death of (p 374) my wife Margaret A Robinson I do hereby appoint my son Robert Robinson Executor to this my last will & Testament.
