First I direct that my funeral expences and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I my die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I will that my Executor with the money that may come into his hands from the collection of Notes on accounts or from the sale of any property that I may die possessed of purchase a tract of land said land to be for the benefit and use of my beloved wife Broadie during her natural life and at her death to be equally divided among my children. Thirdly whatever may remain either in money or other property after having complied with the above I will that also to my wife Broadie. Lastly I do I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother Michael Manning my Executor in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 13th day of July 1852.
