Blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and Publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (Vis) first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy Rogers all that I possess during her natural life or widowhood to dispose of in any manner that she may think proper. Second I will and bequeath unto my Son Joshua G. Rogers Eighty acres of land lying on Big Sandy River in the 6th range and 4 Section including my improvement whare I now live &c and one horse and Saddle. Third I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Nancy Roger one good feather bead and furnetue one Cow and calf. Forth I will and bequeath unto my Daughter Purity Rogers one good feather bead and ferneture one cow and calf. At the expiration of her life or widowhood then all to be sold and equally devided among my children Namely Basel Rogers Ezekul Rogers Celia Rogers James Rogers Frederick Rogers Rily Rogers Alesey Rogers Minty Rogers Nancy Rogers Purity Rogers and Joshua G.
