I appoint my friend herein after mentioned as Executor to this my last will. 2 I want all my just debts paid out of any moneys coming into the hands of my Executor. 3 & Last my desire is that all the balance of my Estate and the tract of land on which I now live for my wedowed wife Roda to have to do with it as she pleases.
