DANIEL ROSS WILL

State of Tennessee ) Carroll County (

Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Ross have and do make this my
last will in the disposing of my property. I give to my beloved wife Elisabeth
Ross the place on which I know live with all the farm belonging to me during
her life and then to be equeal devided between my four boys William Federick
Hiram and Jacob. To my wife the sorrell mare two chorest cowes and calves two
sowes and Shates To Beds and furniture and all the kitchen furniture and herne
Saddle and bridle and farming tooles. I give to my daughter Lusenda one bed
and furniture one Sow nad piggs one cow and calf $12.50 in cash and to
Catharine one cow and calf one sow and piggs one bed and furniture $12.50
cnts. in cash and to Nancy one cow and calf one sow and piges one bed and
jurniture $12.50 in cash. All the rest of my property to be sold and after my
debts as paid to be Equaly devided among all my children. Mary Black James
Ross, Joseph J. Ross, Lusinda Ross, Catharin Ross Nancy Ross William Ross
Federick Ross Hiram Ross Jacob Ross in witness whars of I hereunto set my hand
and affix my seal this 9th October 1841.

State of Tennessee ) Carroll County ( December Term 1841.

This day the last will of Daniel Ross was in open Court Proven by the oathes
of John Morgan and John Collins and Elizabeth and J. J. Ross ware appointed
Executors &c and ordered to be recorded.
