Wingo of the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee being weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and Testament Such worldly Estate as I am possessed of I dispose of in the following manner to wit I give to my Brother John J. Wingo my saddle horse Archer and bridle & saddle which I value at two hundred & fifty Dollars I give to my two brothers John J. Wingo and Thomas R. Wingo my landed estate consisting of one hundred and eighty four acres to be so divided as to make Thomas portion in the land to be equal with Johns including the valuation of the horse Bridle & saddle. I appoint my two brothers John J. Wingo and Thomas R. Wingo my Executors to this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this November the 26th A. D. 1860 Joseph A.
