William Rummage's Will

State of Tennessee) & County of Carroll)

We the undersigned certify tha to the best of our recollection Mr William
Rummage made use of the following languige in relation to his effects just
before he Died to wit that he wanted his debts paid and the remainder of his
property for his wife to have to help raise his children - He Died the fifth
day of May 1861

The above committed to writing May 11th 1861
